Just Flipbook Uploader ("the Tool") is a private software tool operated by an individual creator ("the Operator") to publish the Operator's own video content to the Operator's own social media accounts. These Terms govern use of the Tool.
The Tool is not a public product. It is not offered for sale, subscription, or general use. It has no registration, no user accounts, and no mechanism for anyone other than the Operator to use it. If you are reading this page, no part of the Tool is available to you to operate.
All video content published through the Tool is created and owned by the Operator. The Tool does not host, redistribute, scrape, or republish content belonging to other parties.
The Tool connects to third-party platforms — including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok — through each platform's official public API, and only to accounts owned and controlled by the Operator. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and developer policies. The Operator is responsible for complying with them, and nothing in these Terms overrides them.

The Tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may stop working at any time, including when a third-party API changes. No guarantee is made as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Tool or these Terms.
These Terms may be updated. The effective date above will change when they are. Continued operation of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance.
